Cancellation Policy

Standard shipping:

  1. The standard shipping orderscan be cancelled or changed completely within the first 24 hours of placing the orders.
  2. After 24 hours of placing the orders, the cancellation and alterations of the order is guaranteed.
  3. In case the order is stopped in the middle of processing time, the same will be levied a 25% restocking fee.

Express shipping

  1. The Express shipping orders are processed the same day, therefore they cannot be cancelled.

Steps to return a product for exchangeor refund

How does one start the return process?

  1. Send an email to <Email Id especially for return and exchange> indicating your full name, order number, items you want to return/exchange and also its reason for return.
  2. The email for the request of return or exchangeshould be made within 7 days of receiving the package.
  3. You will receive a Product Return Authorization (PRA) and complete address to return the items through email along with instructions from our end.
  4. Once you receive your PRA, you will have 7 days to ship out your product.
  5. Make sure you check your junk mail/ spam folder in case, you have not received your PRA in your inbox.
  6. Include a copy of PRA response email when you safely pack and seal your return merchandise.
  7. Do not forget to pack and seal your merchandise securely. Ensure that you have turned it inside out and you can also use the same DHL plastic cover for your return.
  8. Return Merchandise toNoida (UP) India.However, the complete address will be provided with the PRA only in e- mail.
  9. Duration of the Returning Process: It usually takes 1-3 days to make the refund or place the exchange order, once we have received the package.
  10. Returns:Refunds may take 3- 8 business days to show the credit depending on the bank.
  11. Exchanges:Only up to 30 days from original order receipt date.

Restocking fees?

  1. All return / exchange items are subject to inspection once they are received at our office.
  2. 30% restocking fee will be applied which will be charged to the customer, in the following conditions-
  • If after inspection, it is concluded that the item is not qualified for the re-sale.
  • Items has been worn many times, washed or altered.
  • Tags are missing


  1. No refunds will be given on intentionally damaged or altered items.

Need to return a defective or wrong-shipped item?

  1. There could be a variance in color due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the embroideries there can be notable variations in embroidery designs which are common industry accepted standards for hand-made items and cannot be perceived as a defect.
  2. Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item ONLY, free of charge. MOMINLIBAS.COM will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
  4. Your replacement item will be shipped standard shipping.
  5. If you request express shipping applicable fees will be included in your final cost.
  6. If no replacement item is available a full refund for item cost and shipping charges will be given.


Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. Length Customization Fee is non-refundable.
  3. Customization will be non- refundable and sizes from 3XL to 7XL are considered custom. They also have no re- sale value.
