Cancellation Policy
Standard shipping:
- The standard shipping orderscan be cancelled or changed completely within the first 24 hours of placing the orders.
- After 24 hours of placing the orders, the cancellation and alterations of the order is guaranteed.
- In case the order is stopped in the middle of processing time, the same will be levied a 25% restocking fee.
Express shipping
- The Express shipping orders are processed the same day, therefore they cannot be cancelled.
Steps to return a product for exchangeor refund
How does one start the return process?
- Send an email to <Email Id especially for return and exchange> indicating your full name, order number, items you want to return/exchange and also its reason for return.
- The email for the request of return or exchangeshould be made within 7 days of receiving the package.
- You will receive a Product Return Authorization (PRA) and complete address to return the items through email along with instructions from our end.
- Once you receive your PRA, you will have 7 days to ship out your product.
- Make sure you check your junk mail/ spam folder in case, you have not received your PRA in your inbox.
- Include a copy of PRA response email when you safely pack and seal your return merchandise.
- Do not forget to pack and seal your merchandise securely. Ensure that you have turned it inside out and you can also use the same DHL plastic cover for your return.
- Return Merchandise toNoida (UP) India.However, the complete address will be provided with the PRA only in e- mail.
- Duration of the Returning Process: It usually takes 1-3 days to make the refund or place the exchange order, once we have received the package.
- Returns:Refunds may take 3- 8 business days to show the credit depending on the bank.
- Exchanges:Only up to 30 days from original order receipt date.

Restocking fees?
- All return / exchange items are subject to inspection once they are received at our office.
- 30% restocking fee will be applied which will be charged to the customer, in the following conditions-
- If after inspection, it is concluded that the item is not qualified for the re-sale.
- Items has been worn many times, washed or altered.
- Tags are missing
- No refunds will be given on intentionally damaged or altered items.
Need to return a defective or wrong-shipped item?
- There could be a variance in color due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the embroideries there can be notable variations in embroidery designs which are common industry accepted standards for hand-made items and cannot be perceived as a defect.
- Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item ONLY, free of charge. MOMINLIBAS.COM will cover the return shipping costs.
- All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
- Your replacement item will be shipped standard shipping.
- If you request express shipping applicable fees will be included in your final cost.
- If no replacement item is available a full refund for item cost and shipping charges will be given.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- Length Customization Fee is non-refundable.
- Customization will be non- refundable and sizes from 3XL to 7XL are considered custom. They also have no re- sale value.
