All orders placed online at MOMINLIBAS.COM are custom-made to order. Once orders are received they are placed in queue for processing, followed by manufacturing. After the product is ready, it will be packed and shipped to the destination via DHL. The status of the order is accessible through "My Account".

Miscellaneous Points:

1. Please note that a DHL tracking number will be sent to you via email for your reference excluding holidays and weekends.
2. Shipments to Russian Federation can only be shipped with Speed Post due to the restrictions in place for Courier companies by Russian Government. Hence, the delivery times can vary from 7 days up to 30 days solely at the discretion of Russian customs and postal authorities.
3. All our Orders are shipped primarily from India. Some countries could levy VAT or customs duties on orders which is beyond our control.
4. Orders that are flagged for verification will not be shipped until customer verifies the order.
5. A shipping charge of $9.99 will be assessed for the orders with free shipping exchanged or returned to compensate the cost of original shipping. This amount is paid to the courier company irrespective of the customer’s decision to return/ exchange.
6. Do not refuse delivery. Call us if you would like to cancel/return an order. Courier companies are third parties. Refused packages are abandoned by courier companies and redirection to our office is not guaranteed. If redirected, your package will be treated as return and return shipping fees will be assessed. If the package is lost or abandoned during return complete cost of the package will have to be borne by the customer. Hence please contact us if you chose to return/cancel an order and we will be happy to assist.
